First post
Well, this is my first post on my new account to indulge my Wraeththu fandom, so I suppose I'd best to introduce myself. As I am making this introduction mostly to those who share my interests, I will be writing from within the Wraeththu paradigm, but the truth of the matter remains unchanged.
I am the hostling of two, consort of one, and we live with my father on large plains in Algamabra. I am a professional freelance writer and hobbyist artist, spinner, weaver, knitter, and tailor. Due to personal circumstance, my household has largely had to reject the culture in which we find ourselves and our family finds much more financial and personal fulfilment in pursuing careers that do not take us from home too terribly often. For those of you on DeviantArt, my username there is kitten42 and my father's profile on DA is robertsloan2.
I have loved the Wraeththu stories for many years, although of course I have my own take on them. My mate has a degree in cultural anthropology, and I have studied the subject intensively for a number of years, so of course that influences our point of view. I look forward to discussing those things through this blog and community.
So, hail to all, and let the party begin!
